[EDIT: The reasons why I didn't post this in the off-topic topic:

1) I wanted to see how you guys would react, and if you would form a topic out of it. With the amount of structure (zero) in the off-topic topic, this wouldn't happen.

2) The combination of thread title and post content is too epic not to be used.

3) I didn't read the forum rules.

4) Yogurt.

Don't worry, the only person that actually got all upset is Izzhov, and it's generally a good rule of thumb to pay him as little attention as possible.

Maybe if we ignored him long enough, he'd go away.

Sorry I have to get this off my mind but it's like this all the time in the evenings mostly and I'm worried that because in the third world the children there have a bad life and there's no justice that's true enough but maybe its our turn for bad things to happen and theres a lot of scope for this and it scares me but maybe that's just because its dark outside and prehaps it's good that I'm scared because it makes me more empathetic and caring so sometimes when I'm a mess I resolve to help people and do charity work but in the morning when I can actually do this the sun is out and life is good so I don't feel like it and not at this stage of my life no it's always later you can change everything later can we have the fantasy now because it might distract me from this sort of thing although most likely it will be lurking horror in the back of my mind maybe all my problems would get resolved if I got married there's always foolish hope

I wasn't upset. I just wanted a little clarification. I WASN'T UPSET, ALRIGHT?!! SERIOUSLY!! WHY WON'T YOU BELIEVE THAT I WASN'T UPSET?! Mad + Crying or Very Sad

I fixed your grammar. You see, Tommy, you need to think about the important things, such as grammar, first before you communicate your (less important) message, which in this case is an extremely emotional and thought-provoking philosophy on life. You need to think about the big picture (grammar) before you worry about the details (the message that you're actually trying to convey).

I wouldn't say it was that philosophical, just a jumble of fearful thoughts that constantly run through my head when the sun goes down. Which I got across by not using grammar.
I think we need something more fantastical.

Go! Go! Go! You got it, now you're racing like a pro.
You can do it! Nothing to it!
Go! Go! Go! Racing like a pro!

Also, I don't like it when GREWN UP fantasy forgets about the actual fantasy and goes on about the rules of the fictional world like politics and this is how this race speaks and the calander goes like this and there's two moons so on the third quarter there's a national holiday for the upper half of the planet's core expect for those who don't worship the goddess Mulkahaman. Children's fantasy is the bester. Fantasy is pretty childish anyway, I mean that in a good way. As in escapism to a simpler time.

Um, ICEBURN? I don't understand what that means, because I'm so freaking stupid. I don't suppose you could... explain it to me? I didn't think you would.

Now for more fantasy:

Fantastic!

Man... I am well disappointed. I didn't get the reference in the topic title and I genuinely thought this was going to be some awesome new thread whose rules would be gradually made clear, one at a time, until eventually we found we were all in the middle of a big addictive unstoppable game dreamt up by dPaladin. Or at least we could all have pretended that was happening for a few pages.

As it is? Thumbs down, read Shadow Blade I Liked To Say!!!!! instead.

Well someone on FCMidi needs to invent an ARG

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alternate_reality_game

Best to do it in the summer holidays when we could all meet up and go on a crazy cross-country road trip, following cryptic clues and learning important life lessons and giggling constantly.

"They're fantastic!"*

*If anyone finds an image or video of Brian Stack (from Late Night with Conan O'Brien) giving the thumbs up (as though he were saying, "It's fantastic!), I will be forever grateful.
